Key Lime Pie

Ingredients


- 1 LBA 9″ graham pie shell (follow baking instructions on product's tip sheet)
- Zest from 1 lime
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- Whipped cream for topping

Instructions


( Serves: 12 )

1. Whip egg yolks and lime zest until light, add condensed milk and whip until mixture thicken, add lime juice and mix well.

2. Pour mixture into pie shell and bake until mixture is barely set.

3. Chill and decorate with whipped cream before serving.
