For over 45 years, LBA has been a family-owned, artisan bakery rooted in French and European pastry traditions. What began on Seattle’s Pike Street in 1978, with our founders hand-rolling croissants for local cafés, has grown into a trusted wholesale bakery. And yet, our spirit has never changed: care, consistency, and craftsmanship come first.
